Hi everyone,

I apologize. I'm forwarding the email that I was hoping you had received on Thursday, but it seems it didn't come through. I tried sending a mass email, but it seems it only reached TUD members.

I'd like to share a few updates with you. I've added an updated list of project members, including their email addresses, to the WP2 folder on Teams. I've also added the group email addresses that have been created to facilitate communication. These addresses are also included in the tables for the individual teams.

Could you please review the table and add any missing information where necessary?

As the project conference has been postponed, some of the tasks listed in the minutes of our previous meeting are no longer relevant at this stage. However, we would like to remind you of the items that are still relevant and add a few points that we would like each team to present at our next online meeting on Monday  (19th October) at 2:00 p.m.:

  *   Progress over the last month: Each team should briefly present the work completed during the past month only. Please do not repeat information that has already been reported or presented at previous meetings.
  *   Work plan for the next month: Please outline your team's main planned activities for the coming month.
  *   Ecosystem service indicators: Each team should present its proposed ecosystem service indicator(s) to be analysed during the project. Please specify which ecosystem service category each indicator belongs to, the expected impact of urbanisation on it, the method that will be used to monitor or assess the indicator, and how frequently it will be monitored.
  *   Conference participation: If you are planning to attend the conference in Liberec ("Good practice in water management planning 2026"), please let us know.
  *   Future workshops: It would also be good to start thinking about possible dates for future workshops so that we can discuss and coordinate them in advance.

Below, I'm also sharing the relevant table from the previous meeting minutes as a reminder of the points we agreed to work on and discuss.
